The Most Important Aspect of your Training is adequate Strength, Balance, and Flexibility. Your dryland workout assignment has prepared you for your Pool workout.  Below find your general assignment, for the club level you are currently in.  Coaches may add assignments via text, once your general assignment has been completed.  Important to keep your diving moving during the Pool Workout.
