All Begins at Home

PHYSICAL-

We require a physical for each athlete, and proof of health insurance to participate in Valley Dive Club activities.  

CONVERSATION-

It is necessary for parents to clearly communicate with Coaches and Staff about existing health and/or issues with their Childs participation in the Sport of Diving.  Should any health circumstance change, Valley Dive must also be notified immediately.
