Advanced Lessons - Dryland Video

Beginner Lessons

DIVENASTICS - 1 HOUR

Weekly or Daily @ Park Jumper

The most important parts of Diving = learning basics and strength and flexibility, (along with some tricks for fun).  Our summer program will run M-F from 4:00-5:00pm at the VNSO / Sherman Oaks Park, on the Grass area as advised.  You may sign up for a weekly rate, or Drop-in Daily as fits your schedule.

Main focus on the following during our Beginner Program.

  • Cardio (Specific Run Tasks)

  • Warm-Up (10 min general)

  • Stretching (10 Min) Leg/Torso/Back)

  • Strength (body tasks strength/balance)

  • Diving Mat Work (Basics)

  • Tricks (step flips, and jumps)

  • Fun Warm-Down

Beginner Pool Lessons

POOL - 1 HOUR

DRYLAND - 1.5 HOUR

Weekly M-F

Dryland continues with an emphasis on basics, strength and flexibility, along with advanced technique. Program will run M-F from 4:00-5:30pm at the VNSO / Sherman Oaks Park, as designated.  You may sign up for a monthly club rate (includes pool time) a weekly rate, or Drop-in Rate to fit your sched.
