Beginner Lessons
DIVENASTICS - 1 HOUR

The most important parts of Diving is learning basics and strength and flesibility, along with some tricks for fun. Our summer program will run M-F from 4:30-5:30pm at the VNSO / Sherman Oaks Park, on the Grass area near the pool. You may sign up for a weekly rate, or Drop-in Daily as fits your schedule.
Main focus on the following during our Beginner Program.
